1.Is your company the most expensive in the market?
There are many different ways of cutting cost, we prefer to keep our margins low, but offer you the best components and the best installation that will make your system perform for the longest.
2.What’s the difference in cost between the panels we use and what is available in the market?
The project’s overall cost assuming both can produce the same amount of energy per year isn’t higher than 7% and it is recuperated within a few more months of system operation.
3.Are the new batteries maintenance free?
The answer is yes, as there isn’t a preventive task that is needed to be done to keep the system from not operating properly but general cleaning, greasing is required and inspecting connections is a good practice in any electrical installation.
4.Warranties in the industry of solar components they are all great and marvelous, but we have seen manufacturers disappear. What happens if the company used in my installation goes out of business?
If after the extensive investigation and hard work we do in selecting our providers, we are still exposed to such an unlikely situation, Innovacion Solar will honor and replace any component with the new different brand with the same high-quality component as it occurred back in 2011 the year when most manufacturers went chapter 11.
5.If the internet fails, will that affect the system’s performance or warranty?
No, the internet connectivity simply allows our clients to visualize the operation and keep online records of the system’s performance.
6.What’s the cost for the bidirectional meter process?
We assist our clients free of any cost as it is our best interest that our clients enjoy such programs.
7.In case the bidirectional meter is not obtained for any other reason what happens?
Our systems are grid independent ready and they could either be programmed to offset your electricity usage during the daytime or add batteries to use power at night.
8.What happens to the excess power we produce on our system?
It back feeds into the grid and generates a credit that will be valid for 12 months to be used.
